少林寺    Shaolin Temple 

少林寺位于河南省登封市嵩山五乳峰下，始建于北魏太和十九年（495年），是汉传佛教禅宗祖庭和少林武术发源地，素有“天下第一名刹”之誉。因坐落于少室山茂密丛林中而得名，是世界文化遗产（天地之中建筑群）和国家5A级旅游景区。少林寺以禅宗与少林功夫闻名于世，以“以武修心”的独特文化吸引全球目光。 

Shaolin Temple is located at the foot of Wuru Peak on Mount Song in Dengfeng, Henan Province. Founded in 495 during the Northern Wei Dynasty, it is the birthplace of Chan (Zen) Buddhism in China and Shaolin Kung Fu. Known as the “No.1 Temple under Heaven,” it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historic Monuments of Dengfeng in The Centre of Heaven and Earth” and a national 5A scenic area. Famous for its blend of meditation and martial arts, Shaolin embodies the spirit of cultivating the mind through kung fu. 

龙门石窟    Longmen Grottoes 

龙门石窟位于河南省洛阳市，是中国四大石窟之一（与敦煌、云冈、麦积山并称），2000年被列入世界文化遗产。始建于北魏迁都洛阳前后（公元493年），历经400多年营造，现有窟龛2300余个、造像10万余尊，以皇家造像、魏碑书法和卢舍那大佛闻名。 

Longmen Grottoes, located in Luoyang, Henan, is one of China’s Four Great Grottoes and a UNESCO World Heritage Site (2000). Begun in 493 AD, it features over 2,300 caves and 100,000 statues, famous for its imperial carvings and the grand Vairocana Buddha. 

清明上河园    Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden  

清明上河园坐落于河南省开封市，是国家5A级旅游景区和大型宋代文化主题公园。它以宋代张择端的传世名作《清明上河图》为蓝本，1:1实景再现了北宋东京的繁华风貌。园内集中了宋代市井、民俗、宫廷娱乐，每天有数十场精彩表演，被誉为“一朝步入画卷，一日梦回千年”的宋文化体验圣地。 

Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden in Kaifeng, Henan, is a national 5A cultural theme park inspired by the famous Song Dynasty painting “Along the River During the Qingming Festival.” It recreates the bustling life of the Northern Song era and features daily performances for an immersive historical experience. 

云台山    Yuntai Mountain 

河南云台山位于焦作市修武县，是全球首批世界地质公园，以独特的“北方岩溶地貌”和“峡谷山水”著称。这里有落差314米的云台天瀑、险幽的红石峡、潭瀑峡等十一大景点，集雄、险、秀、幽于一体，是一处集地质地貌、历史文化（魏晋竹林七贤隐居地）为一体的高山风景区。 

Yuntai Mountain, located in Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo, Henan, is one of the world’s first Global Geoparks, famous for its northern karst landforms and dramatic canyon scenery. Highlights include the 314-meter Yuntai Waterfall, the striking Red Stone Gorge, and Tanpu Gorge. Blending natural grandeur with cultural heritage, it is also known as the retreat of the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove during the Wei and Jin periods. 

殷墟    Yinxu Ruins 

殷墟位于河南省安阳市，是商朝后期（约公元前14世纪—前11世纪）的都城遗址，历经8代12位国王273年。它是中国历史上第一个有文献记载、并经考古发掘与甲骨文证实的都城，被誉为中国考古学摇篮。2006年列入《世界遗产名录》，是探寻中国文明起源的基石。

Yinxu, located in Anyang, Henan, is the late Shang Dynasty capital (14th–11th century BC), ruled by eight generations of twelve kings over 273 years. It is the first Chinese capital confirmed by both historical records and oracle bone inscriptions. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006, it is a cornerstone for understanding the origins of Chinese civilization.
