泰山 Mount Tai

曲阜孔庙 Confucius Temple Qufu
曲阜孔庙位于山东省曲阜市中心,是祭祀中国古代思想家孔子的本庙,与北京故宫、承德避暑山庄并列为中国三大古建筑群。始建于公元前478年,历代扩建形成九进院落的宏伟明清建筑群,1994年列入世界遗产名录。孔庙以大成殿为核心,殿宇红墙黄瓦,与孔府、孔林合称“三孔”。
The Confucius Temple in Qufu, Shandong, is the main temple honoring the ancient philosopher and educator Confucius. Founded in 478 BCE and expanded over generations, it forms a grand Ming and Qing architectural complex of nine courtyards. 青岛栈桥 Qingdao Zhan Bridge
青岛栈桥位于青岛湾内,是青岛的标志性建筑和百年历史象征。全长440米的栈桥建于1892年,远观如长虹卧波,尽头的“回澜阁”与周边海景构成“飞阁回澜”的名胜景观。这里既可观海赏鸥,也是青岛历史文化的重要见证。
Zhanqiao Pier, in Qingdao Bay, is an iconic landmark and symbol of the city’s century-long history. Built in 1892 and stretching 440 m, it resembles a rainbow over the waves, with the Huilan Pavilion at the end forming the famous “Flying Pavilion over the Waves” scenery. 崂山 Laoshan Mountain

蓬莱阁 Penglai Pavilion
蓬莱阁位于山东省烟台市蓬莱区丹崖山上,始建于北宋嘉祐六年(1061年),与黄鹤楼、岳阳楼、滕王阁并称“中国四大名楼”,素有“人间仙境”美誉,是国家首批5A级旅游景区。蓬莱阁以“八仙过海”传说和“海市蜃楼”奇观闻名,集山、海、城、阁于一体,古建筑群亭台楼阁错落有致。
Penglai Pavilion, on Danya Mountain in Penglai, Yantai, Shandong, was built in 1061 during the Northern Song Dynasty. Known as one of China’s “Four Great Towers” alongside Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Tower, and Tengwang Pavilion, it is famed as a “fairyland on earth” and a 5A tourist site. The pavilion is celebrated for the legend of the Eight Immortals crossing the sea and the mirage phenomenon, blending mountains, sea, city, and elegant ancient architecture.
九转大肠 Braised Intestines in Brown Sauce
九转大肠是山东济南的传统鲁菜经典,始创于清光绪年间的九华楼。此菜选用猪大肠,经过煮、炸、烧等多道工序,层层套叠,色泽红润、味道浓郁,兼具酸、甜、香、辣、咸五味,肥而不腻。菜名寓意精工细作,如道家“九转仙丹”,工艺与味道俱佳。
Jiuzhuan Pork Intestine is a classic Shandong dish from Jinan, created at Jiuhua Restaurant during the Guangxu era. Made from pork intestines cooked through multiple steps—boiling, frying, and braising—it is richly colored, flavorful, and combines sour, sweet, savory, spicy, and salty tastes without greasiness. Its name reflects meticulous craftsmanship, like the Taoist “Nine-Turn Elixir.”
德州扒鸡 Dezhou Braised Chicken
德州扒鸡是山东著名传统名吃,被誉为“天下第一鸡”,并列入国家级非物质文化遗产。此鸡以“五香脱骨、肉烂骨酥、色泽金黄、味道鲜美”著称,香气扑鼻、口感鲜嫩,皮脆肉香,深受全国食客喜爱,是中国四大名鸡之首,也代表着山东饮食的独特风味。

潍坊肉火烧 Weifang Pork Huoshao
潍坊肉火烧是山东潍坊的传统名小吃,以城隍庙肉火烧最为著名,列为“潍坊三大名吃”之一。以三肥七瘦的猪肉、大葱、海米等为馅,经过煎、烙、烤、烘、蒸五道工序制作而成。成品外皮金黄酥脆,肉馅汁多味浓,香而不腻,承载着潍坊悠久的饮食文化。
Weifang Rou Huoshao is a traditional snack from Weifang, Shandong, one of the city’s “Three Famous Foods.” Filled with pork, scallions, and dried shrimp, it is cooked through five steps—pan-frying, griddling, roasting, baking, and steaming. Golden and crispy outside, juicy and flavorful inside, it is fragrant but not greasy, reflecting Weifang’s rich culinary tradition.
