瓦莱塔    Valetta 

瓦莱塔是地中海岛国马耳他的首都，也是欧盟最小的首都之一（面积约0.8平方公里），素有“地中海的心脏”之称。这座“黄金之城”始建于1566年，由圣约翰骑士团打造，融合华丽的巴洛克建筑与坚固的军事防御体系，并于1980年被列为世界文化遗产，展现出独特而深厚的历史魅力。 

Valetta is the capital of Malta and one of the smallest capitals in the European Union. Known as the “Heart of the Mediterranean,” this “Golden City” was built in 1566 by the Knights of St. John, blending Baroque architecture with military fortifications, and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. 

蓝色石窟    Blue Grotto 

蓝色石窟是马耳他最具代表性的海蚀洞奇观之一，以阳光折射下呈现出梦幻蓝宝石色的海水而闻名。洁白的石灰岩与清澈海水相映成趣，色彩层次丰富迷人。最佳游览时间为中午时分，游客需乘坐小船低头穿过狭窄洞口，方能近距离感受这片如梦似幻的海上秘境。 

Blue Grotto is one of Malta’s most iconic sea caves, famous for its stunning sapphire-blue waters created by sunlight reflection. Best visited at midday, visitors enter the narrow cave by small boat for a close-up experience. 

姆迪纳古城    Mdina 

姆迪娜古城是马耳他著名的“沉默之城”与“旧首都”，坐落于马耳他岛中心高地，拥有逾4000年历史，是一座保存完好的中世纪设防古城。这里融合诺曼与巴洛克建筑风格，因人口稀少、街道静谧而被誉为“高贵之城”。同时，它也是热门剧集 权力的游戏 中君临城的取景地之一，是探索马耳他历史与文化的必访之地。 

Mdina, Malta’s “Silent City” and former capital, is a fortified medieval town over 4,000 years old. Known for its Norman and Baroque architecture and quiet streets, it’s called the “Noble City” and served as King’s Landing in Game of Thrones. 

大力水手村    Popeye Village 

大力水手村位于马耳他西南海岸，是1979年为拍摄经典动画电影《大力水手》而建的电影布景村。如今，这里已成为独具特色的主题旅游景点，保留了彩色木屋、海港和复古场景。游客可在村内漫步、拍照、体验小型游乐设施，夏季还有水上活动和儿童表演。这里兼具电影文化与海边休闲，是家庭和影迷的理想游览地。 

Popeye Village, located on Malta’s southwest coast, was originally built in 1979 as a film set for the classic “Popeye” movie. Today, it’s a colorful theme attraction with wooden houses, a harbor, and vintage sets. Visitors can stroll, take photos, enjoy small rides, and in summer, experience water activities and shows, making it an ideal destination for families and movie fans. 

戈佐岛    Gozo Island 

戈佐岛是马耳他第二大岛，位于主岛西北部，是著名的地中海度假胜地。岛上拥有壮丽海岸线与如画乡村，同时保留了逾5000年历史的吉干提亚巨石神庙遗址及典雅的巴洛克教堂。以宁静田园景致和传统农业闻名，戈佐岛也被称为“卡吕普索岛”，是休闲与历史探索的理想之地。 

Gozo is Malta’s second-largest island, northwest of the main island. Known for its stunning coastline, picturesque villages, and the 5,000-year-old Ġgantija Temples, it also features elegant Baroque churches. Peaceful rural landscapes and traditional agriculture earn it the nickname “Island of Calypso,” making it perfect for relaxation and history exploration.
