开元寺 Kaiyuan Temple
泉州开元寺位于福建省泉州市鲤城区西街,始建于唐垂拱二年(686年),是福建规模最大的佛教寺院之一,也是世界文化遗产“宋元中国的世界海洋商贸中心”的重要组成部分。寺院以宋代木构大殿、东西两座古石塔闻名,大雄宝殿内精美的“飞天乐伎”雕刻,生动展现了泉州深厚的历史与海洋文化底蕴。

佛跳墙 Buddha Jumps Over the Wall
佛跳墙是源自清代光绪年间的闽菜(福州菜)巅峰之作,原名“福寿全”,素有“中华第一汤”之誉。选用鲍鱼、海参、干贝、蹄筋等十余种珍贵食材,封入绍兴酒坛中以文火慢煨数小时而成。成菜汤色清亮、口感软嫩柔润,荤香浓郁却不油腻,因“坛启荤香飘四邻,佛闻弃禅跳墙来”而得名,寓意富贵吉祥、福寿绵长。
Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is a classic Fuzhou dish dating back to the late Qing Dynasty. Made with premium ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, and dried scallops, it is slow-simmered in a wine jar for hours, prized for its rich yet delicate flavor and auspicious meaning.
沙茶面 Satay Noodles
沙茶面是福建闽南地区极具代表性的风味小吃,源自东南亚沙嗲面,并在本土演变中形成独特风味。其以花生酱与虾干香气浓郁的沙茶酱为灵魂,搭配由猪骨与虾头熬制而成的深红色汤底,咸鲜微辣、层次丰富。通常配以碱水油面,并加入猪肝、鱿鱼、大肠、炸豆腐等多样配料,是厦门极具辨识度的标志性美食。

酸辣鱿鱼汤 Sour and Spicy Squid Soup
酸辣鱿鱼汤是一道口味鲜明的传统汤羹,以鲜鱿鱼或水发鱿鱼为主料,搭配木耳、香菇、豆腐、西红柿等多种辅料,经煸炒后勾芡而成。成汤汤色清亮、质地滑润,酸辣适中、鲜香开胃,通常以白胡椒粉带出辛香辣味,以香醋提酸解腻,不仅能去腥提味,也能生津醒胃,尤其适合作为餐前暖胃或清爽收尾的汤品。
