Lijiang Ancient Town is located in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. 玉龙雪山 Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
玉龙雪山位于云南省丽江市,是纳西族的神山,主峰扇子陡海拔米,为北半球纬度最低的终年积雪山脉。因13座雪峰连绵如“巨龙”而得名,终年云雾缭绕,以险、奇、美、秀著称。核心景点包括可登临海拔4506米的冰川公园、如“小九寨”般清澈的蓝月谷,以及风景秀丽的云杉坪。

汽锅鸡是云南省建水县的传统名菜,属滇菜系,起源于清代乾隆年间,已有200多年历史,2018年被评为“中国菜”云南十大经典名菜。其特色在于使用特制建水紫陶汽锅,不加水靠蒸汽凝结成汤,汤汁清澈、肉质酥烂、营养丰富,是滋补佳品。
Steam Pot Chicken is a traditional dish from Jianshui, Yunnan cuisine. Originating in the Qing Dynasty over 200 years ago, it was named one of Yunnan’s “Top Ten Classic Chinese Dishes” in 2018. It is cooked in a special Jianshui clay steam pot without adding water, allowing soup to form from condensed steam, resulting in clear broth, tender meat, and rich nutrition.
野生菌火锅 Wild Mushroom Hotpot
野生菌火锅是云南极具代表性的特色美食,以牛肝菌、松茸、鸡枞等8种以上野生菌为主要食材,搭配老鸡熬制的浓汤锅底。其特色是菌香浓郁、味道鲜甜、口感脆嫩,汤清味美。食用时通常讲究“先喝汤、后下菌”,充分体现云南山野食材的独特风味。
Wild Mushroom Hot Pot is a representative specialty of Yunnan, made with more than eight kinds of wild mushrooms such as porcini, matsutake, and termite mushrooms, cooked in a rich chicken broth. It is known for its fragrant mushrooms, fresh sweet taste, tender texture, and clear, flavorful soup. Traditionally, the soup is enjoyed first before adding the mushrooms.
