西江千户苗寨 Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village

西江千户苗寨位于贵州省黔东南州雷山县，由10余个依山而建的自然村寨连片组成，是目前中国乃至世界最大的苗族聚居村寨，被誉为“苗族露天博物馆”。这里保留了最纯粹的苗族文化，吊脚楼依山顺势、连绵成片，壮观的夜景和长桌宴、歌舞风情闻名天下。

Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is located in Leishan County, Qiandongnan, Guizhou Province. It is the largest Miao ethnic village in China and the world, formed by more than ten hillside villages. Known as an “open-air museum of the Miao people,” it preserves rich Miao culture and is famous for its stilt houses, beautiful night views, long-table banquets, and traditional songs and dances.

黄果树瀑布 Huangguoshu Waterfall

黄果树瀑布位于中国贵州省安顺市镇宁布依族苗族自治县，是白水河九级瀑布群中规模最大的一级瀑布，也是珠江水系的重要景观。主瀑高67米，总高77.8米，宽101米，主瀑顶宽83.3米。以其壮观气势和磅礴水流，被誉为“亚洲第一大瀑布”，是自然景观与力量美的绝佳象征。

Huangguoshu Waterfall, located in Zhenning County of Anshun, Guizhou Province, China, is the largest waterfall in the nine-tiered Baishui River cascade and an important feature of the Pearl River system. The main fall is 67 meters high, with a total height of 77.8 meters and a width of 101 meters, its crest spanning 83.3 meters. Renowned for its spectacular scale and powerful flow, it is acclaimed as “Asia’s largest waterfall” and stands as a striking symbol of natural beauty and strength.

梵净山 Fanjing Mountain

梵净山位于贵州铜仁市的印江、江口和松桃三县交界处，是武陵山脉的主峰，主峰凤凰山海拔2,572米。这里原始生态保存完好，林木葱茏、云雾缭绕，自然景观独特。1982年被联合国列为一级世界生态保护区，2018年7月2日，又在巴林麦纳麦举行的世界遗产大会上被列入世界自然遗产名录，成为全球公认的珍贵自然与生态宝藏。

Fanjing Mountain, in Tongren, Guizhou, is the main peak of the Wuling Mountains, with Mount Fenghuang reaching 2,572 meters. Known for its pristine forests and misty landscapes, it was a UN-designated ecological protection zone in 1982 and became a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site in 2018.

镇远古镇 Zhenyuan Ancient Town

镇远古城，又称镇远古镇，位于贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州镇远县，历史悠久，自秦昭王三十年（前277年）设县以来已有超过2,280年的历史。古城占地3.1平方千米，河北岸为旧府城，南岸为旧卫城，远观宛如太极图。两座城池多建于明代，现今仍保存有部分城墙和城门，古朴典雅，历史韵味浓厚，是感受贵州古城风貌和文化底蕴的重要景区。

Zhenyuan Ancient Town, in Zhenyuan County, Guizhou, has over 2,280 years of history since its establishment in 277 BC. Covering 3.1 km², it features the Old Prefecture on the north bank and the Old Guard City on the south, resembling a Taiji pattern. Built mainly in the Ming dynasty, parts of the walls and gates still remain, showcasing the town’s historic charm.

龙湖洞 Longhu Cave

龙湖洞位于贵州省，是一处著名的喀斯特溶洞景观，以洞内奇特的石钟乳、石笋、石柱和地下湖泊闻名。洞内空间宽敞，地形多变，景观层次丰富，灯光映照下晶莹剔透，如同进入一个神秘的地下奇幻世界。龙湖洞不仅具有重要的地质科研和科普价值，也是观光探险、摄影和休闲旅游的热门目的地，吸引大量游客前来探索自然奇观。

苗家酸汤鱼 Miaojia Sour Soup Fish

苗家酸汤鱼是贵州苗族的传统菜肴，以鲜鱼烹制酸汤为特色。2018年入选贵州十大经典名菜。酸汤最早用酿酒尾酒调制，后改用热米汤自然发酵，有白酸汤和红酸汤两种工艺，开胃健脾，当地民谣“三天不吃酸，走路打蹿蹿”体现了苗族的食酸习俗。

Miao Sour Fish is a traditional Miao dish from Guizhou, featuring fresh fish in naturally fermented sour soup, available in white and red styles. Tangy and digestive, it reflects the Miao people’s love of sour flavors.

丝娃娃 Siwawa

丝娃娃，又称素春卷，是贵州的传统小吃，街头巷尾随处可见。以米粉烙制的薄饼为“襁褓”，包裹萝卜丝、折耳根、海带丝、炸黄豆、脆哨等十余种蔬菜丝，蘸酸辣汁食用。口感脆嫩爽口、酸辣开胃，既保留传统风味，又展现贵阳独特街头美食魅力。

Siwa Wa Wa, or vegetarian spring rolls, is a traditional Guizhou snack. Thin rice pancakes wrap shredded vegetables like radish, herbs, seaweed, and fried soybeans, served with a tangy, spicy sauce. Crispy and tasty, it showcases Guizhou’s street food charm.

青岩状元蹄 Zhuangyuan Trotter

青岩状元蹄是贵州省贵阳市青岩古镇的传统名菜，具有悠久的历史和独特的文化底蕴。该菜选用本地优质猪蹄，以陈年卤汁和多种中草药精制而成，成品色泽红亮、口感软糯、肥而不腻，常搭配当地特色的双花醋蘸水食用，香辣鲜香，深受游客喜爱。

Qingyan Zhuangyuan Pork Knuckle is a traditional dish from Qingyan Ancient Town, Guiyang, Guizhou. Made with local pork knuckles, aged marinade, and herbs, it is tender, flavorful, and not greasy, often served with local vinegar sauce.
